We are only a few miles from a Grocery Store, a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) and BnB Marina. Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

The Refuge: The Shelter Tiny House

You will find a quaint Tiny House, called The Shelter, on 10 beautiful, wooded acres. We are 2 miles from one of Tennessee's most frequented state parks, Fall Creek Falls. The tiny house is 312sq ft with an enclosed front porch that looks out over the pond followed by a tiny waterfall and beautiful stream. We have trails, gardens, bonfire pits, places to sit, swing, ponder and more. We call this The Refuge where you can let down, slow down and refuel. Would love to have you!!!

Sweet Pea Cottage is a newly renovated "Farmhouse" style cottage. We are very family oriented and even the pets are welcome! This sweet little cottage is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with lots of amenities! Great kitchen will all new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters and farmhouse style cabinetry. Nice dining room for everyone to gather for meals and a cozy living room to gather in and watch movies. A great game room with air hockey, cards, board games and dominos.

The Hideaway - Private Mini-Farm Retreat for two

A quiet, private mini-farm retreat designed for couples looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors—pets welcome. Enjoy open space, fresh air, and a peaceful setting where you may see the mini cows grazing and wandering nearby or the ducks swimming in the pond. This is a calm, lived-in space best suited for guests who want privacy, nature, and a slower pace. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Due to livestock, dogs must be leashed outside at all times for everyone’s safety.

Unplug & unwind in a small cabin in a rural setting near our other guest house, minutes from stores & area attractions ie state parks, the 127 yard sale and hang gliding. Please note there’s no Wi-Fi or cable tv at this time but we provide a tv/DVD player and DVDs. Pine ceiling & tiled shower - bear in mind that the water heater is also tiny to fit the space (5 gallons). A twin size air mattress is available upon request. 240 sq ft - kitchenette, a bathroom & full size bed.

Watermore Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Located in a rural area between Dayton & Pikeville and within an hour’s drive of Chattanooga & Crossville. From here you can explore Southeast Tennessee or you can sit on the front porch in the morning with your cup of Joe and look out over the lake and watch the sunrise. In the afternoon, relax on the back porch and let nature lull you into a peaceful, relaxed state of mind. Pet fee $30 max 2 dogs.
