The Chinquapin Oak House is located in the town of Bluffton, remaining semi-secluded off the main downtown thoroughfare. But don’t worry – Bluffton is so small, you can enjoy the privacy of this house with only a five minute walk to our town’s General Store! The house is a two bedroom, two bathroom, covered in beautiful wood-panels. WiFi ready, and a fully furnished kitchen. We are pet friendly, but please be aware that there is a $75 Pet Fee for the first pet, with an additional $25/pet after.

Cozy in Colquitt is the perfect oasis for you to come to browse the unique shops of small-town America, visit family, walk the square, enjoy our local play Swamp Gravy, peruse the murals, and meet gracious Southern people. Built in the 1950s, it was recently restored to bring a unique style that is comfortable yet beautiful for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (each with private bath), half bath, laundry, sunroom, large open kitchen, plenty of parking. Master (king); guest rooms (queens).

The kitchen is stocked with beautiful stainless steel appliances and fixtures. The sitting areas and bathroom are trimmed with details that have been carefully chosen to fit the vision of our farm. Guests who stay here will enjoy complete privacy in our beautiful little home. It is sandwiched between two horse pastures and steps away from our tranquil pond.
