Private apartment 200 metres to beautiful Blairgowrie beach and 800m to Koonya Back Beach. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and coffee machine. BBQ in the private courtyard. 150m to Koonya General Store for coffees and take away food. 1.5km along the beach to Blairgowrie cafes; drive 3km into Sorrento for boutiques and cafes or drinks/meals at the historic Hotel Sorrento or the fabulous Continental. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.

Plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends inside and out - 2 great lounges so kids can separate from parents if desired. Relaxed holiday feel - you can often hear the waves. Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Rye HOME Stunning Bay View/Bath Hot Springs

Note Only two guests (not children) can stay/sleep at this listing as per house rules. Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
