The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter. Enjoy stargazing at night with minimal light pollution.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.
