You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.

Welcome to our family home since 2001. We are located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, 4 blocks from downtown White Salmon, and a 5 minute drive from Hood River. You will have use of our entire main level, with 3 bedrooms, a brightly lit bathroom, large kitchen, formal dining, comfortable living room, deck with BBQ and a private setting with mature landscaping that provides incredible shade all afternoon. It’s the perfect spot to get away from city life, but an easy drive if you want to enjoy what the surrounding towns have to offer!

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

We ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping distance and parking your cars directly in front of the property. This cozy one-bedroom guest unit is very clean, newly built, and decorated with charm. White Salmon is a small town up a short hill from the bridge to Hood River.

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February.
