The suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the Bow River and walking trails just out the door. We have a growing family and you may hear us moving around the house. This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a king bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

5min walk to downtown. Arguably the best rooftop hot tub in town. This Airbnb is new as of 2022, we are local and available for any questions about the condo or Canmore/Banff area before booking.
