Kitchen is stocked with refrigerator- freezer, stove/ oven, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishes and pots and pans. Washer and dryer in daylight basement. Home is across from football field and track. A couple blocks walk to downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood.
