Our 2 bedroom guest house in beautiful Carmel Valley is close to Monterey, Big Sur, Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

When you are ready to take a break from it all, escape to the mountains and relax in your 400 sq ft attached but private studio. Lounge by the pool during the day, and unwind in the hot tub with your favorite glass of wine from one of the many nearby wineries. When you are ready to mingle again, Carmel Valley Village is 45 min away, with Carmel by the Sea and Monterey being another 15 min. For the adventurous, Arroyo Seco campground is less than 10 min; and Pinnacles NP is 45 min.

Zen feeling at ‘Life is Good’, a treehouse overlooking Hitchcock Canyon:) Our driveway is long and steep! Parties, loud gatherings are not allowed. 9:00 pm quiet time outside! Extra guest fee $100.00 per person. Pets are welcome; we do have a $50.00 pet fee. Yard is Not fully fenced! No smoking allowed on property. No candles, fires or flames at all. Three car maximum: parking is very limited. Park cars parallel to each other.
