Two bedroom / one bath cabin on 100 ft of shoreline. Two twin beds, one king bed, and two pull out couches. Air conditioned, fireplace, and Wi-Fi. Parking with boat and RV hookups, private V-Dock dock with 8x8 sundeck and swimming ladder, firepit, free firewood, charcoal grill, and spacious yard for activities. Incredible fishing, a complimentary canoe, kayaks, and swimming with beautiful view and sunsets. Big Stone Lake on one side and wildlife/farm fields on the other...remote and comfortable.

Cabin #5-The Cottage

Tranquil getaway with home comforts including furnished kitchen w/appliances, Farm style seating for 4, reclining loveseat, queen bed, beautiful bathroom. Cute front porch, side patio w/table for six, portable firepit. Surrounded by trees/privacy fence. Available year-round. Queen bed, linens/towels. Housekeeping not provided unless the stay is more than one week.  At that time, we will clean the linens/towels & entire space & charge an additional $25.  Same weekly pattern for extended stays.

The Otters Den

The Property: Camping under the stars by the lake without the hassle! Cozy up around the Solo Stove smokeless fire pit while looking at the views of Tranquility Bay of Big Stone Lake. The Otters Den is centrally located adjacent to the lake on the South Dakota side between 2 public boat launches and close to Hartford Beach State Park. This private property offers a fully furnished camper with everything you need for a memorable adventure. This area is renowned for its fishing and hunting.

The Mulberry House

Welcome to the Mulberry House created by Big Stone Development. Located off the south shore of Big Stone Lake and 2 blocks from downtown Ortonville and Artie's Bait Shop.This property is the ideal location for lake visitors. Ample parking for ice houses, boats, recreational vehicles etc. Three bedrooms: 4 Queen +1 Full bed; 1.5 baths. Newly renovated, all new furnishings, appliances, mattresses, and linens. Large stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookware. High speed wireless internet.

Quiet Family Cabin... on the Lake!

Cozy well equipped cabin on the South Dakota side of Big Stone Lake. 37 feet of shore line, minutes from dining, groceries, and Hartford Beach Recreation area. Guests will enjoy a private 40' dock and the location is a kayaker's and wildlife lover's paradise! Enjoy grilling on the over sized deck, take the 4 available kayaks (2 adult, 2 youth) out to explore the historic Big Stone Islands, or share a campfire in the firepit on the patio! Boat ramp very close to the cabin. Fiber internet!

Sportsman's Country Lodge: The Roost in Ortonville

Conveniently located only blocks from the grocery store, bar and grill, and the Ortonville boat ramp and cleaning station. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There is off the street parking, an outdoor outlet and a fish/game cleaning station in the backyard (We ask that you take your fish/game scraps with you for disposal). There is also a great view of Big Stone Lake from the back yard where you can enjoy time around the fire pit.

Little Mill Road House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can jump on a bike or take a walk on the tarred path located right across the road that leads into the Big Stone Refuge. Ortonville has Big Stone Lake great for fishing and our area is also awesome for hunting. We do allow pets but if left by themselves in the house please kennel them. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a murphy bed and futon in the living room. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, etc.

East Side Inn Cottage Next to City park, near UMM

The East Side Inn is a charming little house in the small town of Morris, Minnesota. You'll feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Enjoy the fenced-in yard on a corner lot with off-street parking, right across the street from the city park. During your stay, you are a short distance from main street shopping, the University of Minnesota Morris, multiple restaurants and bars, and grocery stores! A great place to stay and relax, with enough room to bring your family.

This adorable bungalow is situated on the shoreline of Big Stone Lake and captures amazing sunrises over the water. The open concept boasts beautiful lakefront views from the kitchen and living areas. Enjoy the comfort of the fireplace, dinner on the lakefront deck, a ride in the kayak’s or stoke up a bonfire as you listen to the waves on the shore and fish off the dock. Public boat ramp is directly next door for easy access to the lake.
