Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Welcome to ArtBnb! My husband Tim and I bought this 1920's property in October, and we have gradually been working on setting it up to be our long-time vision of an AirBnb rental/artist's residency. The apartment is a sweet & cozy bi-level 2-bedroom, located in central Saco. Most of the art you see in the space is original work by local artists/friends, and is for sale.
