Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

The apartment is located only 30m from the sea, in the centre of Betina, on the island of Murter, in a historic Mediterranean house and in authentic Mediterranean atmosphere!The apartment has 74 square metres, it is on 2 floors with a sea view rooftop terrace. Our guests can relax, swim and sunbathe on a traditional stone sea terrace right next to the sea.The sea terrace and the sea access are shared with other guests. Our guests are provided with their own sun umbrellas as well as sun loungers.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Apartments Marija are located directly on the beach Zdrače (Betina). All you need is just a few steps away from the apartments. All apartments have view on the sea and the village Betina. Newly decorated and modern furnished house with apartments for two to five persons. All apartments are air conditioned and have wi-fi and satellite TV. Beside the house is a grill that guests can use. Parking is free in front of the house, as well as the pier with berths for boats.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev.
