The vintage but fresh charm of the home will make your holiday one of a kind. It is a tranquil and restored home located in the wilderness. Minutes away from the Sanssouci Palace and City Center. Indoor and outdoor spaces available and lovely environment. A delicious and freshly prepared breakfast by dietary needs as well as a free of charge pick up at the train station. Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 cats and 2 children 4 & 1 year old. Kitchen is NOT shared! Gerade wenn man zur Ferienzeit länger in Berlin ist, findet man hier sein zweites Zuhause...

Willkommen in unserem Haus mit Garten und Ihrem hellen Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Wintergarten. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und Frische der umliegenden Wälder und Seen, während Sie dennoch die Annehmlichkeiten der Großstadt Berlin in greifbarer Nähe haben. Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und bringt Sie bequem und schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein leckeres Frühstück an. Schön & ruhig wohnen im Gutshaus bei Frankfurt (O)

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Our property is pet friendly and we welcome pets at 10euro per pet per night cost. We offer breakfast at 10euro per person per day cost. Breakfast time between 7:00 to 9:30PM.
