Das Appartement verfügt über eine offene neue Küche, inkl. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung: Grill, Feuerschale, Fitnessraum, Sauna (g.G. 20€ pro Heizung), Bergwasserbecken, Kino, Außendusche, Tischtennis, Schneeschuhe, Schlitten und Spielgeräte im Garten.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.
