Julijud, villa with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna

The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. You have a sauna and a fireplace. Villa Julijud has an excellent view of the clear night sky with stars.

Villa Vrt is a recently constructed vacation residence situated in the center of Istria. Within a 30-minute radius, you can access all attractions in Istria. The closest beach is just a 25-minute drive away, surrounded by numerous restaurants. Fully enclosed within 1200 square meters of private grounds, this pet-friendly villa features swing sets, a playground with a slide, a private pool, a charcoal grill, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The apartement is located in a small village named Muntrilj near Tinjan. Fully furnished apartment far away from city traffic. This apartment is a part of the house that has 2 additional apartments. One on the ground floor that can house 2 + 2 persons and another one at the first floor for 5 persons. You can find these apartements on my profile. You can book all 3 apartements at the same period for 11 persons.
