Welcome to our cozy apt./condo! This is a newly constructed apartment great for a relaxing getaway! We are close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 2-bedroom apartment is a 7-minute drive to the heart of Silver Lake and features an outdoor firepit and beautiful views of our pond and property. The sunsets are gorgeous and full of color. After a fun filled day on the dunes, or exploring the area, come back and relax with bonfires, bbq, sunsets and roaming wildlife.

We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Host family and friends for billiards, board games, and conversation by the fireplace. Curl up on a big cushy chair, and look out at the river with a cup of coffee. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
