MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Lounging Loon

This lake-side retreat on Lower Long Pond in Belgrade, Maine is the ultimate place to Lounge! The main house offers guests 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath, sleeping 4. It also offers a full kitchen, dining & living area. The guest house has 2 bdrms, which sleep an additional 5 guests & full bathroom. Enjoy lake views 50ft away. The deck leads to the dock where you can enjoy all your lakeside fun! Paddle boards & kayaks provided. Propane fire pit & foosball. Downtown is minutes away via boat or car.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Mirror Pond Cottage

A sweet space on a pond, this cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. We offer swimming, kayaks and a canoe, life jackets along with a raft to float on. Endless fun in the water, with no motors to be heard. This is a quiet spot and we would hate to be responsible for ruining that. We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.

Relax, swim, boat, kayak and enjoy time with your family at beautiful Great Pond Lake. This home is located steps from Great Pond and has 3 lovely decks from which to enjoy the sunset. Great Pond is located only an hour North of Portland in Belgrade Maine. Belgrade Lakes Golf Club is one of the top rated courses in Maine and is a public course. There is easy access to multiple hiking trails. There are also many winter activities - snow shoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating!

Waterfront Lakehouse with Hot Tub and Barrel Sauna

This unique lake house sits directly on the shores of Messalonskee Lake, just a half mile walk (or paddle!) to Snow Pond Center for the Arts and just a 10 minute drive from Colby College and Waterville. The house features multiple lake view decks, a hot tub overlooking an outdoor waterfall and gardens, a wood fired pizza oven, and an outdoor barrel sauna. There is a beach area for easy access into the water as well as a large dock and paddle board and kayaks. Incredible sunsets!
