The barn is 2,912 square foot & consists of - 1 x Four Poster Super King Bed, tv, dressing table & wardrobes 1 x King Size Bed, tv-DVD use ONLY, dressing table 1 x 2 x single beds, wardrobes 1 x 2 x single beds/communal area, wardrobes 2 x shower room Kitchen Cloakroom Open plan lounge/dining area & games area with pool table, air hockey, table football & table tennis. The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Pennyfathers Annex. Detached, Bright & Spacious.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

Wrens Acre Countryside self-contained Garden Cabin

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. Peaceful Lakeside Retreat with Highland Cows

Welcome to your cosy corner of the Bedfordshire countryside - a peaceful rural escape, yet minutes from the M1, Milton Keynes and major transport links. You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.

The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
