A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room.
