Bring your family (and 1-2 dogs) to enjoy Lynchburg whether it’s a quick trip or an extended stay!

Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. 15min to Town of Bedford and D-Day Memorial. 35min to Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mtn Lake. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign).

Boat rentals, put put, arcade, and great restaurants just down the road. There is plenty of room for parking for all who want to bring your own boat.

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
