The garden is dog-friendly, and it's unlikely that your furry friend will escape, unless they are exceptionally agile. The road does have parking permits but there are plenty of free parking spaces within close proximity.

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming. Waveney Cottage is situated in attractive countryside just outside Beccles (8 min drive). It's the perfect base for exploring the Suffolk coastline, broads and Norwich. There is a lovely log burner for cosy nights in and a large outside space that can be enjoyed on long summer nights. The stars and birds are an absolute wonder here.
