Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Die ca. 50 Quadratmeter große, helle und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung liegt absolut altstadtnah im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich kernsaniert und komplett mit hochwertigen Schreinermöbeln ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist die wunderschöne Landshuter Altstadt in nur zwei Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Weg ins Zentrum führt durch den herrlichen Stadtpark entlang der Isar oder einfach über die Isarbrücke.
