In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Beach House in the Trees - Sleeps up to 5!

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
