A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.

Townie Outport Oasis

Located on a very quiet cul de sac in the west end of St. John's, everything you could need is close by. Bowring Park is a 10 minute walk (2 minutes by car), the nearest shopping center is 5 minutes away by car and the downtown core is 10 minutes away by car. Off street parking is available for one vehicle and public transit is minutes away. Take Route 3 from the Village Mall to downtown. Grocery and Pharmacy 5 minute walk away
