Ashwood Farmhouse

Welcome to the Ashwood House! A three-bedroom home located in Hot Springs, VA. The Ashwood house is a traditional four-square house built in the 1920s. It is made of brick and offers great insulation and naturally maintains a comfortable temperature. While the house isn't air-conditioned centrally, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the kitchen, plus a couple of strategically placed window units (May). The house does have central heat. Only 2 dogs permitted, must note on reservation.

The Tannery is a beautiful, historic and rustic place where guests can relax and enjoy nature and the village of Warm Springs. Guests can walk to our favorite pub at the Grist Mill or have dinner at a number of wonderful restaurants in the area. The Homestead Resort is 5 miles south, the Garth Newell Music Conservatory, with it's many various concerts is 2 miles away. There is a brewery and cidery within 1-5 miles. Hiking, fly fishing, horseback riding, swimming, boating and spas await!

Quaint Cottage with Yard & Firepit

This quaint cottage in Hot Springs, Virginia, 2.4 miles from the historic Homestead Resort, sleeps 6 (to include a California king sized bed!) or can be the ideal location for a romantic getaway. Cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The living room has satellite TV. Bluetooth speakers are wired into the common space. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee and a $100 pet fee (if applicable).

The Treehouse

A self-contained, quiet apartment- amazing view of mountains. Minimum two night stay. Includes galley kitchen - microwave, oven/stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, refrigerator. Streaming TV, high-speed wireless, small dining table, two recliners. A covered patio is available 24/7. Easy access (12-15 minutes) to Lexington, VA - local attractions include vineyards, breweries, restaurants, shopping & events at Virginia Military Institute and Washington & Lee University.
