The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Owner lives close by to help with anything you need. Look forward to hosting you!

The Little Lodge at Polk Bayou

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Completely remodeled historical home originally built shortly after the Civil War. Within walking distance of historical downtown Batesville which has shopping, vintage stores, and lots of places to eat.
