Dodd Cottage is a dog-friendly, airy barn conversion at the foot of Skiddaw & 1 mile from Bassenthwaite. It has a mezzanine double bedroom on the first floor and a twin bedded room on the ground floor. The lounge has a dining table & chairs, with two sofa's arranged around the TV. Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen and shower room with shower, washbasin & WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with picnic bench & BBQ. Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick.
