The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We recently remodeled it, with 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, & two full daybeds, sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & 55” LED TV down stair.

Lake House/Beach/Firepit/Paddleboard/Lakepointe

Adorable cottage on south side of beautiful Lake Allatoona sitting on 1/2 acre with a gorgeous beach (3 min walk) Enjoy access to a gorgeous point where you can put your own hammock up in between trees. With all new flooring, new gas grill, outdoor wood burning fire pit, and a gas fire pit, you will find yourself right at home. Home overlooks wooded area with a short walk down to fishing jettys. Close to town, Walmart & Qualusi Winery! Please note that we no longer offer dock access.

Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

We are located 7.6 miles from Lakepoint complex, 3.7 miles from Red Top Park, 3 miles from downtown Acworth and 2 miles from the interstate for quick and easy access to wineries/breweries. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Hattiway a fully furnished lakefront home located in a secluded cove on Lake Allatoona that will comfortably sleep 8-10. This lake house has a Master Bedroom with a king sized bed. The guest bedroom gives you a double bed. The Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total). An eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar. The dock has an upper deck with built in seating and lighting. Underneath is a covered slip.

This charming barn studio is nestled in the country side of Adairsville Georgia. Guest can enjoy a hillside view of our beautiful catch and release pond where you are invited to fish. Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.
