The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Moat Barn is located in the beautiful and quiet Suffolk countryside. The accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. A large private balcony with views overlooking fields and sunsets. The bedroom has a superking sized bed, linen bedding and a 2nd set of patio doors onto the balcony. A great base for walks in the surrounding countryside and for visiting nearby coastline. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and furry companions.

The Piggery is perfect for working away from home, an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

Pea pod is set in the heart of the gorgeous Suffolk countryside on a small farm. We made the pods ourselves from scratch so we really know them inside and out. It gave us the opportunity to make them exactly how we wanted them. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Our cottage provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for any couple. With its bright and modern decor and well equipped interior to the very inviting secluded hot tub which looks out onto the beautiful countryside. Inside the Cottage is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen , lounge area with sofa and armchair and shower room. Upstairs has one bedroom with a king size bed and en suite toilet. Outside has two decked areas plus covered hot tub and grassed garden.

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

The lodge Greatwood

We have recently completely renovated our Lodge in the grounds of our 8 Acre Hazel wood. You are free to wander around and hopefully you will spot some wildlife, you are in the heart of the country side with many lovely walks in the area. You will have your own private garden at the front of the lodge where you can enjoy BBQ (provided) a local public house which is serving take away food. The Lodge is cleaned to an extremley high standard and you have total privacy.
