The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath.
