Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Aherlow Cottage

A country escape nestled on the River Aherlow, in the peaceful surroundings of the Galtee Mountains. Our 3 bedroom cottage is a stable conversion and part of our 25 acre farm. It has lots of character and atmosphere, inside and out, with the advantages of modern comfort. Guilcagh Church is approached up a long avenue of mature lime trees. Enter into a different world through the iron gated double doors where surprises lurk around every corner. This property is on an old graveyard and there are headstones visible around the property.
