Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. Cosy glamping pod set within the grounds of our garden, with everything you need for a base to explore Snowdonia and Anglesey. 20 min walk from Bangor railway station and 15 min walk to centre of Bangor. 7 minute drive from Menai Bridge which takes you onto the Isle Of Anglesey. Just down the road is the Lon Las Ogwen route 82 cycle path which runs from Bethesda to Bangor. We are situated in a great position for walkers and cyclists. We are classed as living in a SLA, (special landscape area.)

Welcome to Blackhorse Glamping. We are a cozy, welcoming certified caravan site featuring five glamping huts off grid. The Stream View Shepherds Hut offers a glamping experience. Inside, you'll find a small gas stove for cooking, a container for filling your water, and a traditional hob kettle for brewing your teas and coffees. We provide our double hut for single occupancy when our Single hut is fully booked, or if you prefer a larger bed! Please make this request when you book.

Ty Nain is a bright holiday home close to the University, shops and restaurants in Bangor. The house boasts a sea view over Hirael Bay and the Pier is a short stroll away. There is a bus stop near the property and the railway station is a 15 minute walk, so a car is not essential. Local attractions include Zip World, Snowdonia, Anglesey beaches and coastal paths, local castles (Caernarfon/Penrhyn), Greenwood Forest Park, Welsh Mountain Zoo, and Pili Palas for family fun.

Take a local walk in the Ogwen valley, to Zip World or access climbing, walking, mountain biking and kayaking activities in Snowdonia directly from the cottage. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.
