we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Pittoreskt hus intill badstrand

Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Her er det meste indenfor gåafstand-Maltfabrikken, restauranter, forretninger, museer, supermarkeder, havn og strand. Haven er en lille frodig oase med flere hyggekroge, overdækket terrasse og havkig. Nyd en drink på terrassen og solnedgangen over Ebeltoft Vig. På gaden kan parkeres i 15 min til af-og pålæsning. Gratis parkering indenfor 75m. El-ladestander 100 m. Slutrengøring kan tilkøbes.

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Fachwerkhaus in der Altstadt bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit an der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte benötigt. Auf zwei Etagen mit großem Garten und einer Terrasse finden sich genug Rückzugsorte, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Ein großer Kamin bietet an den kälteren Tagen gemütliche Wärme. Der Plauer See ist ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote in der süßen Altstadt von Plau am See.

Erholung auf dem Land nahe der Ostsee

Die beiden Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock des idyllischen Dorfes Matzwitz/Panker in der Holsteinischen Schweiz, Nähe Hohwachter Bucht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig, und Naturliebhaber kommen auf ihre Kosten! Zum Naturstrand Behrensdorf sind es 3 km, zu den Badestränden Hohwacht, Sehlendorf oder Schönberg ca. 15 Autominuten. Der Gutshof Panker mit Galerien und Restaurant ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgebaute Radwege in alle Richtungen!

Enjoy your time out by the sea with the whole family in this stylish and quiet terraced house on two floors with a fireplace. There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

Ferielejlighed tæt på havnen

Skøn ferielejlighed i det naturskønne Nysted. Lejligheden er indrettet i at gammelt bindingsværkshus der stammer tilbage fra 1761. Indrettet med køkken, skøn stue med gammel porcelænskakkelovn, eget badeværelse, hyggelige soveværelse med dobbeltseng, egen udgang til lukket gårdhave. Hyggelig dobbelt alkove, bedst egnet til børn. Egen indgang til lejligheden fra gaden. Ca. 50 m fra havnen. Det hele oser af autentisk byhus romantik.

Vor der Unterkunft befinden sich eine ausreichende Parkfläche. Die Wohnung ist eine ausgebaute Landarbeiterkate des Gutshofes Frankenthal mit kräftigem sichtbarem Gebälk.. Der ursprüngliche Charakter ist erhalten geblieben, aber die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß und modern. Neuzeitlicher Standard im verspieltem historischem Ambiente......hell und einladend mit weiten Blicken auf Natur und Landschaft
