Rorbuen ligger Idyllisk til på Gjermesøy, utenfor Ballstad, som er et aktivt fiskevær dagen i dag. Ferdigbygd i 2018, moderne, høy standard og god plass. I nærheten finnes det mange flotte turområder. Mulighet for sykkelturer, utflukter med lokal fiskebåt, SUP, Kajakkturer, Restauranter, Pub mm. Stedet ligger midt i Lofoten med 1 times bilkjøring til Å i vest og Svolvær i øst. Handelssted Leknes og Leknes flyplass er ca. 15 min. unna. Rorbu har fantastisk utsikt mot Lofotveggen, Mosken og Værøy

Close to the beautiful Ramberg beach in Lofoten, you can treat yourselves nicely at Elvis Presley's road We have a big sauna with a smaller relax room where you can watch the spectacular view, midnight sun and the northern light. And a big fireplace. 3 bedrooms + 5 sleeping places on floor/beds on the attic (most suitable for kids due to limited head space) There is 2 bathrooms. One of them is connected to the master bedroom. Outdoor activities, shop and restaurant close by Enjoy the treat !

Her kan du nyte roen og utsikten, med sol fra morgen til kveld🌞 Gode muligheter for å gå fjellturer i nærheten, eller teste fiskelykken. Hytta er ypperlig som base for turer rundt omkring i Lofoten. Lofotveggen Panorama

Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Comfortable beds only, no bunk beds or mattresses on floors. Two complete bathrooms. 300 liters hot water tank gives everyone a chance of a shower. Washer and dryer. EV charger. Nyoppusset vinterisolert og barnevennlig rorbu på påler. Vår herlige rorbu ligger i historiske Kræmmervika på Ballstad. Ballstad er et levende fiskevær i flotte Lofoten. Rorbua er 120 år og totalrenovert og har alle moderne fasiliteter og likevel den historiske sjarmen. Det er nytt bad og nytt stort kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Du må kun gå noen få meter langs kaien så finner du en god restaurant som er åpen i sommersesongen . Rett ute av døren finner du vakkert turterreng som venter...

Beautiful cabin right by the water with seaview and surrounded by mountains. Situated in Nusfjord, a small fishermans village, with a nice resturant in walking distance. There are great hiking trails just outside, and you can catch fish from the dock. It is possible to pay and go out to sea with a big boat, or buy fishingcards for the waters abowe.
