On 3 sides the building is surrounded by the ground, while the eastern side is open towards the sea. This side is partly equipped with glass panels and partly with mosquito netting and blackout curtains. With this bioclimatic design a reduced energy footprint is achieved; the house has only one fan and is ideal for holidaymakers seeking simplicity and close contact with nature.
