Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Schöne Ferienwohnung in Freiburg

Willkommen in meiner Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwa 200m vom Dietenbachsee gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch etwa 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof zur Ferienwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Licht. Nach Absprache kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich wohne direkt unter der Wohnung und stehe für Fragen bereit.

Vous pourrez découvrir Strasbourg , vous promener dans la zone de loisir avec ses étangs aménagés et profiter du jardin. A pied, vous pourrez rejoindre la boulangerie et le tram direct pour visiter Strasbourg. Attention , il peut faire très chaud dans le kota lors des canicules.

Außerdem liegt ein erfrischender Badesee nur 500 Meter entfernt. Gäste können den EDEKA-Supermarkt , Bäckerei und Bahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
