Im Erdgeschoss steht eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche bereit, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Haarföhn und ausreichend Ablagen sowie Stereo-Anlage und WLAN. Das frische Gebäck bietet der Bäcker im Haus. Skilift und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Das Appartement bietet mit seinem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer Platz für 2-5 Personen. Es hat ein separates WC und Bad und vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge von St. Oswald.
