Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Die gemütliche 2-Zi-Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Aparthotel zw. Kaprun und Zell am See. Die im 1. OG liegende Wohnung ist südseitig ausgerichtet und bietet einen großen Balkon. Für alle Bewohner steht im Sommer ein großer Außenpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Golfplatz, Tauern-Spa, Sportflugplatz, Badesee, Restaurants, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Winter: Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Skikeller mit Skischuh-Wärmer ist im Haus vorhanden.
