Das 25 qm große Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch, Esstisch, LED-TV (48‘‘) & Elektrokamin. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Bad mit Wanne, Dusche & TV. Mein Garten bietet eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Feuerstelle und Solardusche, vom Haus aus kannst du durch den Wald und zum nahen Pferdehof spazieren. Schärding und Passau sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Its electricity is generated by its own photovoltaic system and its own soft water comes from the farm's own well.
