This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Die 40 qm große Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Raum mit Schlafplätzen für zwei Personen, eigener Küche und Bad. Sie befindet sich im Steinseehaus, einem langem alten Backsteinbau auf einem Grundstück von 6000 qm, direkt am See. Auf unserem großen Grundstück gibt es jede Menge Platz zum entspannen, mit einer kleinen Faß-Sauna (min 15€ pro Anheizen Spende für das Holz), großem Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Feuerstelle, Hollywoodschaukel am See und natürlich Platz zum draußen Essen und Grillen.

Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. A charming place at the beautiful lake: perfect for a city getaway, romantic time for two or a weekend with friends & BBQ. Right at bike trail Blue Velo! House is very cosy, fully equipped, heated. The quiet zone on the area of Morzycko lake ensures a peaceful rest without the sounds of motorboats or scooters. Kayak and comfortable rowing boat are included in the price! Morzycko is an ideal lake for anglers. Forest paths near the house are perfect for walking or running. Come and check it out!

Himmelblaues Terrarium Biohof Ihlow Naturpark

Unsere 3. Unterkunft: ein kleines Holzhaus (8qm) auf Rädern auf unserer idyllischen Biohof-Wiese im besonders schönen Naturparkdorf Ihlow (Naturpark Märkische Schweiz 50 km von Berlin-Mitte!), separat gelegen, auf zwei Seiten verglast, schöne Aussicht, Toilette & Dusche 50m entfernt, Hofcafé direkt auf dem Hof (von Mai bis Oktober saisonal!), Frühstück & Abendessen individuell auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten! Sauna im Schloss Reichenow (3km). Bitte dort direkt selbst anmelden (15€ p.P.)!

Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

120qm2 Penthouse/Dachgeschosswohnung+Sauna+Kamin

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Die kleine Farm

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
