Being a few minutes walk from the beach it is the ideal place for coastal walks and water sports. Featuring a large open plan ground floor with snug area, dining table, bar area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suites. Outside there is a private garden with seating and a BBQ.

There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
