Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive private games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and oven/air fryer. At the far end, awaits super king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. As an added perk, guests have exclusive access to our home gym.

The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. The flat is approached by an external stone staircase and is fully self contained.
