A unique place located in the full city center of Noto with 200m2 outside featuring a relaxing small pool (3.5mx1.8m) (heated when needed) that will make your holiday unforgettable. You will be able to walk to the main touristic places and to the restaurant while enjoying the comfort of having a large terrace where you can tan and refresh in the pool. The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
