The house is located in town. This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.

The 2 bedrooms have queen beds with high quality bedding and connect with a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Public boat ramp in town right on 23 and plenty of room to park your boat in the driveway. We provide bed linens, bath linens and first cup of coffee

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
