This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos. Ground floor offers living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with two beds. You can also enjoy the fireplace. First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Our house on Alibey (Cunda) Island has been designed in keeping with the island’s architectural style. The villa-style property staying features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, each has own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as single or double. Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.

It is fully equipped (modern devices, WiFi, comfortable furniture, classy pieces and beautiful paintings) and has a spectacular view of the sea and the picturesque village with the medieval castle and harbour. The welcoming atmosphere and the wide balconies guarantee relaxing and unique holidays, with your family, friends or loved ones. In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, a public beach and a paid beach cafe.On the ground floor of our villa, there is a very large veranda private pool and garden area, and there is a living room, kitchen and WC area.
