Whether you're into fishing, swimming, being cozy near the fire, or watching the stars from your wood-fired hot tub (it takes some work, but we promise it is worth it!), you can find your kind of fun at the Greenwood Getaway. We bought this cabin and renovated it to the way that our family would enjoy it most, and we've loved it so much that we can't help but want to share it with others. You can not feel stressed here at "Our Neck of the Woods". We are a 1 minute walk to beach.

Water's Edge Lakefront Retreat

Water's Edge, a perfect, cedar cabin getaway 1- hour from the city. 1 private acre on the Eastern shore of Lake Manitoba, with incomparable lake views from the living room, bedroom and sunroom, and your own stretch of private beach in full view from your wrap-around deck. Enjoy swimming and kayaking. Get a front row seat as the full moon rises in the East or sets over the lake in all its glimmering magnificence. Water's Edge provides a magical connection between you and the natural world.

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Cozy Cabin- Charm & Comfort in the ♡ of Steep Rock

This beautiful cottage is at the heart of Steep Rock, it is a great get away from the daily routine in the city. It is an old cabin that has been renovated. It has lot of charm but it is still a work in progress so please take that into consideration when booking! The location is perfect for hiking and going to the cliffs. There is access to a beach near by and steep rock beach park is only 5 minutes by car. (NOTE: Basement is under renovation and not accessible to guests)

Lakefront property in beautiful Steep Rock, MB. This is the perfect cabin for a great summer vacation or winter getaway. You will watch the most amazing sunsets on our brand-new wrap-around deck or, watch them from your own private beach. The cabin is about 2.5 to 3 hours North of Winnipeg on Highway 6. The cabin is newly renovated and sleeps 7 (max 5 adults). The cabin is equipped with wifi, cell phone service, and 2 televisions with access to Netflix and Prime Video .

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Edgewater Escape MB is a Lake Manitoba vacation cottage rental cabin with private waterfront in a quiet bayside cottage development near The Narrows, only 2 hours from Winnipeg. 2022 season- May, June, Sept and Oct -minimum 2 night stay, long weekends 3 night minimum; July and Aug- 6 night min stay check in Friday check out Thurs. NOTE: The use of the cabin is limited to a maximum of 10 guests and does not include additional visitors, tenting or camping.

We are walking distance to Steep Rock Beach Park, the boat launch and are just a few minutes' drive to the beautiful Steep Rock Cliff's.
