The Silvan Lodge is the Guest Annex of Stone Lodge House that is available on selected dates throughout the year. The Annex is finished to the highest standard, is fully equipped with all you will need, 50inch QLED TV and Bose sound, Washer Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Boiling water Tap, Coffee machine and much more. Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Once upstairs you can relax in this calm, stylish space. Quiet area, local pub serving good quality food a minutes walk away. Melton Mowbray three miles away, "Rural capital of food", famous for traditional hand raised pork pies and its role in Stilton cheese production. Local markets held on Tuesday and Saturdays. Explore the rolling hills and countryside that define the area. Centrally located for Nottingham, Leicester, Stamford, Oakham, Grantham and Loughborough.

Fabulous barn conversion - Stunning views

The property is known as the Long Shed, for no better reason than it's nice and long! It sleeps two, but there is plenty of space for you to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, a BBQ and garden furniture out on the patio, and the views are fantastic. If you fancy getting away from it all and enjoying some peace and quiet, some space and lots of countryside - the Long Shed is perfect.

Our cosy self contained annex is in the rural village of Saxelbye. 'The Hutch' has been renovated to provide a comfortable space. With cycle routes and foot paths, makes our location perfect for a country getaway. Ideal for walking, cycling, horse-riding and fishing. Melton Mowbray 'Rural capital of food' only a 10 minute drive away. Ideal for a stopover if visiting Ragdale Spa, or one of the many food festivals in Melton. Belvoir Castle 20 minute drive.

Cosy luxury glamping pod Rosina.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Perfect for Couples or small families. Separate double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Towels and bedding are provided. WI-FI available. Please note that the property is only suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. Please let us know if you need a travel cot and highchair. The property is located in a rural setting with a woodland area with a wildlife pond. No third party bookings accepted.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
