Het appartement heeft een luxe keuken en badkamer op de begane grond. Er is een aparte ruimte met een wasmachine en een wasdroger. Op de eerste verdieping is het woon- en slaapgedeelte. Er is een parkeerplaats voor 1 auto en een afgesloten fietsenstalling.

Sonsbeek city apartment - De merel

Fantastische locatie op loopafstand van station, binnenstad en Sonsbeekpark. De enree/het trappenhuis is gedeeld. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping en aparte slaapkamer op de 3e verdieping. De trappen zijn relatief stijl. Het is een oud en daarom vrij gehorig pand. Daarom graag rekening houden met de buren (m.n. 22.00-08.00). Het verblijf is vooral gericht op dagjesmensen: de keuken is bijvoorbeeld eenvoudig en beschikt niet over uitgebreide kookfaciliteiten.

Shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance. This is my own home, temporarily available due to my stay abroad, and fully equipped with all comforts.
