5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Studio (EG) liegt auf 800 Meter ü.M in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Vom sonnigen Sitzplatz aus geniesst man eine prächtige Aussicht auf den Alpstein (Säntis). Dort ist eine Grillschale vorhanden. In ca. 10 Min. sind Bus oder Appenzellerbahn zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 10 km sind diverse Freizeitanlagen erreichbar (Minigolf, Bäder, Wandern, Skifahren, Biken).
