Easy access to Lake Dardanelle, fishing, hiking and Monument mountain biking trails at Mt. Nebo. Only a 5-mile drive to ANO. Great for outage workers. One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.

The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! There's a walkout deck leading to the stairs going down to the firepit. The Suite is within the residence, but completely separate. It's a one-family or one-group-at-a-time space with 7 rooms to enjoy, plus an enclosed porch. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).

After a day on the trails or exploring town, relax in your private hot tub, shoot pool, play ping pong, or tune up your bikes in the dedicated bike shop. Enjoy a king bed, queen bed, 70-inch TV, fast WiFi, private patio, fire pit, coffee, snacks, and free parking. We live upstairs, but the entire lower level is private for guests.
