It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to enjoy the outdoors as the cottage is set apart at the base of Centennial Park with biking/hiking. Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Enjoy the gorgeous history of the cottage built in the 1920s - Relax in the restored clawfoot tub or read a book from the stunning sunroom!

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Enjoy a peaceful night away from all the noise. Kick back on 5 acres of land, build a fire and roast some s'mores or simply sit under the stars. Experience the joy of camping with the option of returning indoors. House fully furnished with everything you will need for a great stay. Under 10 min from Walmart. 13 min from historic downtown Conway, Toad Suck Square, and all the colleges. 5 min from Toad Suck Park and Arkansas River where you can enjoy fishing and nature.

The cabin is wood throughout, ceramic flooring, island bar, nice front deck with a fire pit and a gorgeous view. If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!
