The Legendary San Jose House on Fremont Street is in Tombstone's Historic District. The San Jose House, was built 1879 as Tombstone's 1st boarding house and is one of Tombstone's oldest structures. We are a short distance to main street, the Tombstone Epitaph and The Crystal Palace Saloon. The San Jose House is historically documented, appeared in movies, and also TRUE WEST Magazine. Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, Batt Masterson, place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

We are a Historic Motel built around in 1961. Situated right in the middle of Uptown (which is downtown in Sedona parlance). Direct views of the red rocks and Cathedral Rock right out your window, several great restaurants and bars within a few hundred feet walking (The Cowboy Club, Elote, etc), free parking in front, mellow vibe, clean rooms adorned with local Art, reasonable prices. Easy, comfortable and convivial. The perfect centrally located spot!

PLEASE NOTE: The Old Library is a charming little room with a queen bed, private bath with shower, basic kitchenette, and back door leading into our hotel gardens. It is a separate, small building that is attached to our 115-year-old classic Territorial hotel. No TV. The rate is for room only; breakfast is an optional additional charge of $20 per person, plus tax. Our menu is all vegetarian. Our other Airbnb room is called The Sweetheart.
